About Devodin

We build the site, rank it, design the brand around it, and run the systems underneath it

Devodin is a remote-first web design and digital marketing agency for startups, SMBs and SMEs in the US, the UK and Europe. One team builds the website or online store, the brand identity, search and AI visibility, CRM and automation, and the marketing behind it, all from one written scope with one point of contact.

Five Connected Services

What is Devodin’s mission?

Devodin’s job is to put a business’s website, brand, search visibility, CRM and marketing under one written scope, so one team answers for the whole result. It builds to what the client supplies, hands over every account and file in the client’s name, and says in writing what is and is not included.

Why are the five services one job?

Because the website, brand, search visibility and lead system are stages of one job, not four. The site gets built, it has to rank, the pages need writing, the CRM has to catch the leads the ranking produces, and someone has to keep sending traffic at all of it.
Elsewhere they are often split across four vendors, four timelines and four points of contact. Here the same people know the account, and the scope is written down before any code starts. See the five services and how they fit together.

How do you choose a web design agency?

Ask any agency you are considering for three things in writing: the scope with a date for each stage, the name of the person who will manage the account, and who owns the domain, files and logins when the work ends. Devodin answers all three before work starts.
The written scope follows the first call within one business day, one named contact stays with the account instead of a rotating cast of account managers, and everything is registered in your name from day one, so leaving is a handover rather than a negotiation.

Four principles the
work runs on

Written down, before work starts
  • 01

    One team, five disciplines.

Web design, search, brand, CRM and marketing are planned together, under one roof. A page title the search team writes gets signed off by the brand team the same day, because both work from the same scope. See what each of the five services does.
  • 02

    Scope agreed before work starts.

Every project starts with a written scope. A first email gets a reply within one business day, a short call follows, and the written scope arrives within one business day of that call: what gets built, and the date each stage is due. Work begins once that document is signed. Anything that comes up mid-project gets agreed with you before it happens, never after.
  • 03

    You own everything.

Domains, hosting accounts, source files and design files are registered in the client’s name, or handed over in full at the end of the project: the working design file, the exported vectors a printer will accept, the CMS login. Leaving is simple: everything needed to keep the site running goes with you, any time you ask for it.
  • 04

    A straight answer, same day.

A mid-project question gets a same-day answer from someone who already knows the scope and what is due next. The account stays small enough that the person who planned your project is the person who answers the phone.

Those four principles run every project Devodin takes on. See them applied to yours, in writing.

How does a project run, from first email to handover?

A project runs in four stages: inquiry, written scope, build on a staging link, and handover. A person replies to an inquiry within one business day, the scope follows the first call within one business day, and domain, hosting, source code and design files go into your name at handover.
  1. Inquiry. You send a brief or call. A person replies within one business day, usually with two or three questions and a time for a 20 to 30 minute call.
  2. Written scope. Within one business day of that call you receive every deliverable listed line by line, with a date for each stage. Work begins once you have signed it.
  3. Build on a staging link. You review the work in progress on a private link. Anything added mid-project is agreed with you in writing before it is built.
  4. Handover. Domain, hosting, source code, CMS access and design files go into your name, with a walkthrough of anything you will maintain yourself. Support then runs for the length stated in the scope.
Communication stays with one person who knows the scope and what is due next, and a mid-project question gets a same-day answer. See how the five services fit together, or read the FAQ for what gets asked before a call, including cost, timelines and ownership.

What happens to your inquiry and your details?

A brief or message goes to the team that does the work and is used to reply to you and to write the scope. The privacy policy sets out how the details you send are handled, and the terms of use cover the website itself.
Ownership and cancellation for your project are set out in its written scope. The files and accounts are yours, and retainers bill monthly with no long-term contract.
What you get

What every client
gets in writing

A team at work in a light-filled studio

A scope you can read

Every project starts with a scope you can read: what is being built, and the date each stage is due. If a date needs to move, you hear it before it happens, not after.
Printed proposals and scope documents on a workbench

Nothing added without you knowing

Every job begins with the work written out in plain terms. Anything added later gets agreed with you first, so nothing changes on the account without your say so.

Staging link from week one

You see the work on a private staging link while it is being built, not as a reveal at the end. Feedback lands while it is still easy to act on.

Handover in your name

The domain, hosting login, source code, CMS access and design files are registered in your name or handed over at completion. Retainers bill monthly with no long-term contract, and the site keeps running if you stop.

A person you can call

What matters here is a scope document with your name on it and a phone number a person answers, not a ticket queue.

Ready to scope your project?

Send a brief. A reply comes within one business day, and the written scope follows the call within one business day.
