How much does a business website cost, and what is included?
A business website starts from $1,500 and an online store from $3,500. Each starting point is a defined scope, not a placeholder. A website includes design, build, a content system you can edit yourself and analytics wired in before launch. A store adds a working storefront, payments, shipping and a checkout tested under load.
Brand identity starts from $1,200. It includes a logo, a colour and type system and a written style guide.
The retainers work the same way. Search & Content starts from $1,500 a month, Marketing from $1,200 and the Care Plan from $249. CRM & AI Automation starts from $2,500 to set up, with ongoing management from $1,000 a month. Each retainer covers a stated set of monthly work for a stated monthly number, with no long-term contract.
What makes a project larger?
Page count, integrations and how much content already exists move a website build most. A ten-page site with three integrations and copy already written can land lower than a five-page site whose copy still needs drafting. Pages without copy have to be written before launch.
Ecommerce scales with catalogue size. A store selling one product in four sizes and a store carrying four hundred SKUs are both "ecommerce." The second needs product data cleaned, filtering that narrows results correctly and inventory synced to whatever already tracks stock. That is why every number on this page starts with the word "from."
How does payment work?
One-off builds bill against project milestones, which covers a website, an ecommerce store and a brand identity. Retainers bill monthly with no long-term contract, which covers the Care Plan, Search & Content, CRM & AI Automation management and Marketing. Deposit terms are confirmed on the scoping call.
Those terms are set out in a written proposal before anything is signed, so the answer arrives in writing, not as a guess. The
FAQ covers timelines, ownership and payment in more detail.
How do I start?
Tell Devodin what you need built and roughly when. A reply comes within one business day, and a short scoping call turns your brief into a written scope within one business day of the call. It lists what is included, what each stage costs and a date for every stage, before any work begins.
Add something once work is underway and it becomes its own line item, priced and agreed before it is built. Reach out at
