Startup Assistant Ember is a startup app UI design that opens in the dark. Its 49 mobile screens begin with five glowing amber splash screens, then move through onboarding, sign in, a chat dashboard, profile settings and a full project planner in bright orange.

The brief
The first seconds of a new app decide whether people stay. Ember answers with a dark bronze gradient that glows toward the bottom, a hand drawn wordmark and loose line art, so the product feels crafted before a single button is tapped.
Once inside, the interface switches to light and bright orange, which keeps the daily tools clear and fast. The contrast makes the entry flow feel like a doorway rather than another screen.
What we built
Five splash screens build the brand, ending on the wordmark with the word Assistant. Four photo onboarding slides follow, each with a white card and a clear next step. Seven entry screens then cover social sign in, log in, password recovery, registration, a verification keypad, a loading state and the splash logo.
The dashboard flow shows usage charts, a tap to chat home, category chips for Business, Dev and App, and chat conversations with suggested prompts. Profile screens cover account and payment details, a premium plan and a settings menu.
The projects flow runs from project cards with progress bars through notes, tools and files, a task timeline, a four step new project form and a calendar picker to a success state, a notes editor and a file manager.
Outcome
A team that adopts Ember starts with 49 mobile screens in six flows, from splash to projects, a reusable component set and a colour and illustration system defined once. It is ready to take your own brand, copy and data, and the dark amber splash sequence can carry a new wordmark.
49 screens across 6 flows, swipe or use the arrows to move through each one.
